Looking for a fun, engaging activity to enjoy with your little one?
Parent & Me Dance Program is the perfect introduction to dance for toddlers and preschoolers.
Designed for children ages 1.5 to 4 years, this structured 12-week program combines
Ballet and Jazz fundamentals in a warm, supportive environment where a parent or caregiver actively participates alongside their child.
Each 45-minute class encourages movement, imagination, musicality and confidence while helping children develop:
• Gross motor skills
• Coordination
• Balance
• Rhythm
• Listening skills
• Social interaction
• Independence
• Confidence
Parents become an important part of every class by dancing, encouraging and celebrating each milestone together.
At the end of each 12-week term, families are invited to enjoy a special in-house performance where dancers can proudly showcase everything they’ve learned.
