Recital tickets will be available for purchase through the Rose Theatre Box Office on Thursday May 2 through the Rose Theatre Box Office at 12:00 pm noon.
Recital tickets can be purchased in person at the Rose Theatre Box Office- 1 Theatre Lane or online- https://tickets.brampton.ca/ . Recital tickets can be purchased for $35+ applicable taxes and fees.
Dancers do not require a ticket as they will be performing in the recital show. Should the dancer wish to watch the remainder of the recital after they perform their dance, a ticket would be required.

The dress rehearsal allows the students to become familiar with performing on a larger stage and feeling comfortable with their costume (s) and performing in front of an audience, especially for the younger performers.
The dress rehearsal is extremely important for our performers; therefore, we ask that all students be in attendance. Students are to arrive at Rugcutterz Danz Artz 15-20 minutes prior to their scheduled dress rehearsal time, which will take place in studio one.
During the dress rehearsal, dancers are to arrive in full costume. Hair and make-up application is not required at the dress rehearsal however it is required for the recital performances.
Rugcutterz will also host a recital meeting for parents in the lunchroom while the dancers attend the dress rehearsal.
Note: The dress rehearsal will be held at Rugcutterz Danz Artz. The recital performance will be held at the Rose Theatre in Brampton.

Recital Costume Care
We recommend that each student’s name be placed on his or her costume(s), shoes, accessories, and tights.
Dancers performing in only one number must arrive in full costume.
Dancers with more than one costume should arrive in their first performance costume and clearly label their other costumes.
Labels should include:
Dancers name, class and required items (i.e. tights, shoe accessories).
Rugcutterz Danz Artz will not be held responsible for any lost items.

All dancers must have the proper shoe colour and nylons in order to perform. All nylons can be purchased directly from the front desk. Please see the front desk for specific style numbers and colour.
Any children with beige shoes must dye them black prior to their rehearsal.
No jewellery should be worn unless it is provided as part of the costume.
Recital Hair Care
All Classes:
Low Centered Donut Bun, No Part (Hair must be neat, firmly in place with gel and secured with a hair net and bobby pins)
Recital Makeup Application
Foundation:
Apply foundation over the entire face.
Eyes:
Apply white eye shadow on the entire eyelid from lid to brow.
Apply brown eye shadow in the crease of the eyelid.
Apply mascara to the dancer’s eyelashes.
Cheeks:
Apply pink blush to the cheekbones.
Lips:
Apply bright red lipstick to the lips.
